Warranty Policy

How long will it take before my electronic item is fixed?

We aim to inspect and repair all items within 14 working days of their arrival at our service center. However, on certain rare occasions an item can take longer than 14 working days. If there is a delay in servicing the item due to missing parts etc., we will communicate this information to you.

Is it possible to extend the warranty ?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer an extended warranty plan to our customers. But please come back and check here soon as we are working on this service so you can have an even smoother shopping experience.

My item has stopped working. Who should I call: Haqaq or the manufacturer?

If for any reason your item stops working and is still in the Warranty Period, please contact us at [email protected] or call us to 920004296 , and we would be happy to help you. Our regular business hours are 8 AM - 9 PM  (Saturday – Thursday).

I dropped my Electronics. Does the warranty include accidental damage coverage?

Unfortunately, this warranty cover does not include accidental damage coverage.

Do I have to pay for shipping for the item to and/or from the service center?

Absolutely not! Haqaq always offers free shipping to and from the service center for items during the Warranty Period.

What if my item cannot be fixed anymore?

If for some reason the item cannot be repaired, don’t worry, Haqaq issue you a return coupon equivalent to the value of the item. This coupon will be redeemable at our website and you can use it to purchase anything you like!

What kinds of defects does the Haqaq Warranty cover?

Please note that the Haqaq Warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period. This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:

Normal wear and tear

Abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating instructions

Leaking batteries

Exposure to liquids (excluding water in the case of waterproof products) or infiltration of foreign particles

Servicing or modification of the item someone other than Wadi, or its authorized service agents

Use of the item with unsuitable ink or toner

Use of the item with accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices (including batteries, tapes/cards, lenses and flash attachments) that do not conform to specifications of the manufacturer

Does Haqaq offer a warranty policy?
